This year we enjoyed New Year dinner at the Wildfish Restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ. We frequent Wildfish in San Antonio and the AZ restaurant did not disappoint. Ross started off with a martini a drink he has not enjoyed for many years
Then the food started to arrive. Oysters for Ross followed by Gulf Coast shrimp, lobster and steak tartare.
This is the a closer look at the shrimp.
Towards the end of dinner Ross decided on another martini and discussed with Eric our server the need to have vermouth added to this one.
We enjoyed delicious food but had no room left for dessert.
However, we had in the freezer in our RV, two double, caramel magnums if we developed a sweet tooth later in the evening.
