Marlowe's Ribs and Restaurant
Our last evening in Memphis we took the pink limosine to Marlowe's Ribs and Restaurant about a one mile trip from our RV Park. The limousine picked us up at our site and returned us after the meal. This was our third trip to Memphis and have seen this limousine around on each visit so this time we took the plunge.
The restaurant has many memories of Elvis throughout the place.
This is one of the many outfits worn during his career.
It has been in business since 1974.
There are TV screens throughout the resturant which feature Elvis films and his music is played.
A copy the menu.
We opted for the brisket and shrimp.
Dessert was a banana's foster with a donut.
They also have a gift shop. Beverley vasilated over whether to purchase this but better sense prevailed and its still for sale.
Following this event we were driven back home.
It was a fun night.
Cheers,
Beverley and Ross
